By accessing and using GrabColors ("the Service") you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
GrabColors is a set of color tools that lets users create, save, and export palettes. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with enhanced features for professional users.
3. User accounts
To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Using automated tools to access the Service without permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GrabColors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Color palettes you create using the Service belong to you.
6. Premium services
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the Service or any information and materials provided through it.
9. Limitation of liability
In no event shall GrabColors, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason — including breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material revisions we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.
