Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pro subscription. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for our premium services.
1. Subscription overview
GrabColors Pro is offered on the following billing cycles:
- Monthly. Billed at $5.00 per month.
- Yearly. Billed at $36.00 per year (equivalent to $3.00 per month).
2. Seven-day money-back guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase.
If you're not satisfied with Pro within the first seven days, you can request a full refund. This applies to:
- First-time subscribers only
- Both monthly and yearly subscriptions
- Subscriptions purchased directly through our platform
3. Refund eligibility
Eligible
- Requests made within 7 days of initial purchase
- Technical issues that prevent service usage
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Billing errors or unauthorised charges
- Service downtime exceeding 48 hours in a billing period
Not eligible
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Change of mind after using the service beyond the trial period
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions
- Renewal charges (unless requested within 7 days of renewal)
4. How to request a refund
- Contact support. Email support@grabcolors.com with your refund request.
- Provide details. Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund.
- Verification. We'll verify your account and subscription status.
- Processing. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit / debit cards. 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal. 3–5 business days.
- Bank transfers. 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
6. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account dashboard, in the subscription management section
- Our support team at support@grabcolors.com
Important. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period, unless within the 7-day guarantee window.
7. Exceptional circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages
- Major feature changes that significantly impact user experience
- Medical or personal emergencies (documentation may be required)
These requests are evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion.
8. Dispute resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision you may:
- Request a review by emailing escalation@grabcolors.com
- Provide additional documentation supporting your case
- Contact your payment provider if you believe there was an error
9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes by email.

Note. This refund policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through GrabColors. If you purchased through a third-party platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.) their refund policies apply instead.
